We took a family trip to Disney World over spring break and had a ton of fun. Saturday was our first day and we spent it at Animal Kingdom. Max was happy to look at the birds and go on the Safari ride which was first on the agenda. The next ride was a water ride and they got soaked. Carter and Kai of course LOVED IT, Max as you can see did not. That ride in combination with the dinosaur ride (which was next) ruined him for the rest of the trip. Every ride after that was a struggle to get him on. During the Dino ride he was like a deer in headlights, and once it was over he kept repeating "Dino's eat me" before any other ride we had to assure him that it wasn't scary and there was no water. Our assurance did nothing to abate his fear of getting wet when he saw the water on the "It's a Small World" ride. He screamed when we put him in that boat.
This is where Dane took his nap for the entire week. Overall he did awesome.
Nemo was by far Max's favorite ride. He went on it 3 times and preferred it over any other. Every time we arrived at Epcot (this is where our shuttle picked us up) he could lead us straight to Nemo. Which considering the size of the park was impressive. All things considered we had a great time. We only lost Carter twice and Kai once. Any more and I think the authorities would have turned us into Social Services given that it was all on the same day.
