In the past eating out with the kids was a painful experience. By the time we got our food we were ready to leave. Before kids, we would go out with our FWF's (friends with families) and they would often request a buffet. We thought they actually liked eating at buffet's, but have since discovered they sacrificed the food for speed. We didn't start eating out at buffets after we had the boys, but we did stop eating out. After 1 miserable attempt we decided we might as well drive by and throw our money at the establishment. It wasn't enjoyable and we had to eat the food so fast we didn't taste it. Now on occasion we will eat out with all 4 and granted it may not be entirely void of mishaps, but it can be enjoyable!
